These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Resolvo.AI, an AI-powered IT support service for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Resolvo.AI provides automated diagnostics and remediation ("AutoFix" actions), Microsoft 365 support, software and printer deployment tools, and related dashboards, available under the RESOLVO PRO subscription plan.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

Subscription & Payment

Resolvo.AI is billed monthly, per organization, at the rate shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Yoco.
Access to the service is granted automatically upon confirmed payment and is re-verified on each login.
If payment is not received by the due date, access to Resolvo.AI may be suspended until payment is made.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfering with the service's operation, or using the AutoFix engine on systems you are not authorized to manage.

Disclaimer

Resolvo.AI is provided "as is." While we aim for high diagnostic accuracy, automated IT actions carry inherent risk, and we do not guarantee that any specific issue will be resolved without error. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolvo.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Resolvo.AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
