The Target PC selector lets you jump between machines without leaving the conversation. Pick "This PC" to run fixes locally, or select any paired device on the network to send the same AutoFix commands straight to it.
Pairing is done once per machine: each Agent generates its own pairing token and IP, you trust its self-signed certificate in the browser, then verify the connection. From then on it shows up in the Target PC dropdown alongside every other paired device.
Resolvo Basic gives you 50 AI chat messages per month, limited AutoFix actions, and standard availability — great for individuals or light usage. Resolvo Pro removes the message cap entirely, adds unlimited AutoFix actions, full Microsoft 365 support, software and printer deployment automation, the Live AI Operations Center, and priority email support.
Once you hit the monthly limit, the AI chat pauses further responses until your count resets. Your message count renews automatically on the 1st of every month — no action needed on your end. If you find yourself running out regularly, you can upgrade to Resolvo Pro at any time for unlimited messages.
No. The 50-message allowance is a fresh monthly quota — it resets to 50 at the start of each month rather than accumulating, so unused messages don't carry over.
Yes, you can switch between Basic and Pro at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and your AI chat history and settings carry over automatically.
If a payment fails on the due date, AI services are suspended until payment is received. We'll notify you so you can update your payment details and resume service without losing your account or configuration.
